This is a new way we intend to give everyone access to the Officials and key members for every event. you can see all the information of every event. Who is clerk of the course, Chief Marshal, Who is Laying out, Towing trailers Etc.. All the jobs that are involved with the running of an event. also their contact details.

The reason for this is so that members can contact anyone to do with a particular event or see who is doing what. the other reason is so that members and non members can offer their services to help with an event. you will notice the blanks in the forms. there should be no blanks 2 weeks before the event is to take place otherwise it risks being cancelled. So please if you can tow a trailer to an event or lay out or offer your services somewhere else then please email us at: and we will fill in the blanks and have the events running.
