NOVEMBER
Saturday 17th at Farley Quarry.
Off
road driver training.
I
marshaled a group of RTV drivers at the recent Farley Quarry trial,
and I was impressed by their determination to complete the sections,
but I must say, not by there off road skills. Little time was taken
to examine the section on foot and determining the driving line, with
the obvious consequences of a roll over and / or uncontrolled descents
of steep slopes.
It
may not therefore be just the novice off roaders that require instruction.
Hope
to see you at these and other Club events during 2001. Happy New Year
to you all.
